Used by Taoist herbalists for over 2,500 years, Eucommia Bark is a potent adaptogenic herb traditionally used to restore depleted kidney essence jing (life essence stored within the kidneys), particularly yang jing, which is believed to assist the body in generating power, stamina and strength. It is also used to support ligament and tendon health, promote a flexible and strong skeletal structure (especially in the lower back and knees), and promote fertility in both sexes.

Use:

Start with ¼ – ½ tsp daily. Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea. Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths and meals.

Store in a cool, dry place. In humid climates, store in the fridge or freezer making sure the lid is tightly sealed.
