About the treatment.

Cryo Pro-X™ is a professional-use gel that utilises thermal homeostasis to exfoliate. Dead cells freeze, fracture, and fall away when exposed to polylactic and glycolic acid in cold temperatures. This process removes the top layer of dead skin cells while protecting the healthy living cells beneath. Cryo Pro-X can be performed with an Enzyme treatment or a stand-alone treatment.

What is Cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy, which means “cold therapy,” is a technique in which the body is exposed to extremely cold temperatures for several minutes.

Cryotherapy can be delivered to just one area, or you can opt for whole-body cryotherapy. Localised cryotherapy can be administered in several ways, including through ice packs, ice massages, coolant sprays, ice baths, and even through probes administered into tissue.

Why is it beneficial?

Cryotherapy can cause the blood vessels in the dermal layer of the skin to contract. However, straight after a cryotherapy treatment, the blood vessels dilate. This process first oxygenates the blood and then delivers this blood, with healing enzymes and nutrients, to every part of the body. This may increase the production of collagen, which improves the elasticity and firmness of the skin. The immune system may be boosted, and toxins removed from the body through the lymphatic system, which may help in the reduction of the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles cellulite.

DMK’s Cryo Pro-X uses the same scientific research in cryotherapy and applies these principles to skin experiencing dermatitis, acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and advanced sun damage, leaving a tighter, glowing complexion.
